These terms apply to healbsk.in and its sub-domains, operated by Budda Srinivas ("Coach Srinivas"). By using this website, registering for a session or buying any program or product, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We offer NLP-based coaching and mental-wellness education in Telugu: free online masterclasses, paid community and membership programs, group and one-to-one coaching, and digital products such as the Think & Heal e-book. Programs are delivered online (Zoom, WhatsApp, our member portal) and digital products are delivered electronically.

2. Not medical treatment

Our programs and products are coaching and education only. They are not medical, psychological or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment and do not replace a doctor or licensed therapist. Do not stop any medicine or treatment without your doctor's advice. In an emergency, call Tele-MANAS 14416 or visit the nearest hospital.

3. Results

Results depend on each person and on their regular practice. Testimonials shown are individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and shown on the relevant page before payment. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We may change prices for future purchases at any time.

5. Use of content

All e-books, audio, videos and materials are for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell, share or distribute them without our written permission. Access may be removed if content is misused.

6. Conduct

Participants must be respectful in live sessions and community groups. We may remove anyone who is abusive or disruptive, without refund.

7. Refunds

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect loss arising from the use of our website, programs or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or program.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Telangana, India.
